FAQ

The IP control Authentication setting returns to "Normal" unexpectedly.

If the user executes the following procedures, the IP control Authentication setting returns to “Normal”.

1. Select “None” for IP control Authentication setting in Pro settings mode.
2. Switch to Normal mode.
3. Open IP control setting in Normal mode.
