When I send an audio control command via IP control, the volume bar UI is displayed on the screen, but the actual audio volume is not changed.

Is there anything plugged into the headphone socket (3.5mm audio output)?
If a headphone or a sound bar is inserted into headphone socket, the actual audio volume cannot be changed via IP control.

Also, please check the following setting.

2. Sound
3. Headphone/Audio out
