It's difficult to detach the table-top stand. How can the table-top stand be detached?
Affected models:
BZ35J(50”/43”), BZ30J(75”/65”/55”/50”/43”/32”)
If it is difficult to detach the table-top stand with the normal method, please follow the instruction below.
Removing the Table-Top Stand with the display in the upright position
Notes:
- Three or more people are required to detach the Table-Top Stand

Using flat head screwdriver to detach stand (please add tape to tip of driver to prevent scratch on display)
- Be careful not to use excessive force while detaching the Table-Top Stand from the display as it may cause the display set to fall resulting in personal injury or physical damage to the display.
- As you detach the Table-Top Stand, be careful when lifting the display because the Table-Top Stand may topple over and cause injury or damage the surface that the display is sitting on.

Lift one side of the display set.

Using a flat-head screwdriver, insert it vertically into the stand insertion slot.
Notes: It is recommended that you attach tape to the metal part of the screwdriver before starting work so that the display will not be scratched.

Push up the flat-head screwdriver (so that the handle part comes out to the display screen side), until the stand comes out a little from the insertion slot. (Repeat the step 2 and 3 for the other side)

Pull the Table-Top Stand out of the insertion slot by your hands.
Removing the Table-Top Stand with the display in the upright position (43”/50” only)
Notes:
- Make sure to place display or LCD Monitor on a soft cloth on to prevent damaging display’s surface.
- Be sure to store the removed Table-top Stand in a safe place, keeping them away from children. You will need them if you want to use the display or LCD Monitor on a table in the future. The Table-Top Stand cannot be purchased separately

On a table covered with a soft cloth, place the display with the LCD screen side down.

Using a flat-head screwdriver, insert it horizontally into the stand insertion slot.
Note: It is recommended that you attach tape to the metal part of the screwdriver before starting work so that the display will not be scratched.

Push down the flat-head screwdriver (so that the handle part comes down to the display screen side), until the stand comes out a little from the insertion slot. (Repeat the step 2 and 3 for the other side)

Use your hands to pull the Table-Top Stand out of the insertion slot.
