When the EZ20L is in a suspended state, it cannot be controlled via RS232C.

Even if you have set the EZ20L for RS232C control, it will not be possible to control it via RS232C when it goes into a suspended state. This is a known issue. This issue is scheduled to be fixed, but until then, please use the following method to avoid it.

You can prevent the EZ20L from going into a suspended state by enabling simple IP control.
