[WQ-BS1] A message indicating that the content failed to play is displayed, even though the video playback and download did not fail.

If the download setting is changed to enabled during the interrupt delivery of a playlist containing 4K video content for which BASIC authentication is enabled, the event log may register a download failure even though the download was successful.

This is a known issue.

Make changes to the playlist download settings while the interrupt delivery is stopped.
