An intermittent playback with no-audio video file

If there is a very small amount of audio data in a media file even though there is no audio, http streaming playback becomes intermittent.
For example, audio bitrate: 2 Kbps.
This is because of the streaming player’s limitation.
To avoid this issue, you need to recreate this media file with zero audio data or a significant amount of audio data.
