BRAVIA Signage Free 2.0

Overview

BRAVIA Signage Free 2.0 is software that enables stand-alone digital signage.
It enables digital signage operation in environments without a network without the need for other equipment such as a set-top box.

How to use

1．To play a slide show

• Create a media folder under the root folder of the USB memory device, and copy the playback contents under the media folder.

• Select “BRAVIA Signage Free” to display the basic setting screen. (Except when starting up for the first time, pressing and holding “1” on the remote control for 3 seconds moves to the basic settings screen.)
  To play from a USB memory device, select “USB” under “Storage”. To play from internal storage, select internal storage.
  

• Select “Start Playback” to start playback.
• The orientation of the basic settings screen and the playback screen can be changed to landscape or portrait with BRAVIA Signage Free 2.0.
• The basic settings screen will be applied the next time the screen is displayed.

2．Creating a playlist

• Press the color button (red) on the remote control from the Basic Settings screen to create a playlist.
  

3．Set a playback schedule

• After creating a playlist and selecting “OK,” press the color button (green) on the remote control from the Basic Settings screen to set the schedule.
  

4．Import and Export

• If you select to batch import,” the contents, playlist settings, and schedule settings will be imported from the USB memory device to the internal storage.
• If you select to batch export, the contents, playlist settings, and schedule settings from the internal storage will be exported to the USB memory device.
