Available Control Interfaces

IP Network Utilization

Control commands can be sent from custom applications or external devices within the local network to control the monitor. It is widely used for commercial display applications, supporting everything from remote operation to management of multiple devices. It is also flexible and highly scalable.

REST API
HTTP-Based API

REST API is a mechanism that allows you to control displays over IP within a local network using HTTP communication. Operations can be performed using commands in a JSON-RPC–compliant format.

IRCC-IP
HTTP-based SOAP Protocol

IRCC is a control code that digitizes commands sent from an infrared remote control. It allows you to operate the display over a local network with the same feel as using a remote control.

Simple IP Control
Basic TCP-based protocol

It is a simple control method that supports only key commands through a fixed-size byte stream.

Serial Control (RS232C control)

Serial communication is a method of transmitting and receiving data sequentially, one bit at a time, using a single communication line (transmission path). It is compatible with models equipped with RS-232C terminals. The simple configuration is suitable for long-distance communication. It is used in applications where reliability is critical, such as factory control equipment, medical devices, commercial displays, and communication equipment.

Cloud API

Cloud APIs are a set of APIs that enable simple provisioning and ongoing management via the cloud through a dedicated server. They are designed to simplify initial display setup and remote troubleshooting. A subscription is required to use these services.

HTML5 Application Development

Displays with Pro mode can run HTML5-based applications. They keep backward compatibility even after OS updates. They also support video streaming formats that standard web browsers do not.
